Yallah Pushes Muscat FC A Step In Front FEEL United

The Liberia Football Association (LFA) 2018 National 3rd Division Play-off commenced Saturday, November 10, 2018 at six different venues across the Country.

The opening date witnessed 12 third division clubs from six Counties battled each other in a leg one fixture on Saturday.

Saturday’s fixtures witnessed Muscat, Sandi and Always Be Careful FC sealed wins.

Muscat FC has taken a step into the leg two of the 2018 Liberia Football Association National 3rd Division Play-off.

A perfect coordination from Lassana Sonii and Mark Yallah was enough to see FEEL United pinned by the Du-Port Road-based club.

Yallah finished a Lassana Sonii’s left footed cross in the first stanza of the match to give the “Resilience” a narrow 1-0 win over FEEL United.

The defeated according to record marks the first for the Kakata-based side who ended as runner-up in the Margibi County Sub- Association Third Division League.

FEEL United achieved 23 points out of 12 games played and netted in 25 goals.

The return leg will take place on Tuesday, 13 November, at the famous Nancy B. Doe Sports Stadium in Kakata City.

In other results; Sandi FC stood strong to beat Montserrado County outfit Paynesville FC in a leg one battle at the Unification Town soccer pitch.

The Margibi-based side goes into the second leg with a 1-0 advantage over Paynesville FC on Tuesday, 13 November, at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium.

In Sinoe County, Always Be Careful FC walked away with free three points at the expense of Grand Bassa-based Liberty FC after failing to travel for their leg one battle.
